Welcome to a world full of flavours and innovations. I am Daniel Grobnik, a certified masterchef with over two decades of international experience, specialising in the subtleties of Japanese and Asian cuisine. My culinary journey began in Europe and took me to the vibrant metropolises of Asia, where I learned to love the diversity and sophistication of Asian cuisine and culture. After my classical cookery training, I was always drawn to faraway places to discover the unknown. This longing led me from fairytale castles turned into hotels in England and Ireland to one of the Caribbean’s most outstanding restaurants. Back in Ireland, I had the honour of attending the opening of a new hotel in one of the world’s most prestigious hotel chains. Spain, the open sea on an ultra-luxurious cruise ship and finally my great love – Asia – followed. In Singapore, I developed innovative fusion concepts that combined Asian flavours with Western techniques. I worked closely with renowned magazines and chefs and shaped the culinary scene with creative approaches. As a certified culinary trainer, I trained aspiring top chefs, including for the Singapore Navy, and taught international standards. My work as a WIFI-adult-educator enables me to pass on knowledge in a practical and inspiring way. My work combines precision with creative passion.
