An unforgettable afternoon full of flavour, elegance and Styrian culinary culture awaited our guests on 15 March 2025: the Holzhütt’n am Seggauberg became the stage for an unforgettable interplay of exquisite natural wine and Styrian delicacies. In a relaxed atmosphere, our guests experienced an afternoon full of flavour, creativity and passion for wine and cuisine.

The Alice & Roland Tauss winery from Leutschach presented an impressive selection of their wines. Their philosophy? To preserve the wines’ independence and give them room to mature naturally. Accompanied with dedication and respect, their wines develop corners and edges that make them unique – inspiring and challenging at the same time.

The tasting was accompanied by the culinary artistry of mizu-san and Martin Azzu (Holzhütt’n Meat Atelier). Together they created a sophisticated menu that harmoniously combined Asian and Styrian flavours:

The combination of natural, characterful wines and perfectly matched dishes made for a unique flavour experience. The relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere, accompanied by stimulating conversations and a passion for culinary delights, made this afternoon a special highlight.
