Vegan sushi experience in Graz – an exclusive private class
At the beginning of November, we had the pleasure of organising a private vegan sushi course in Graz for two motivated participants.
In a relaxed atmosphere, they were shown how to properly prepare sushi rice, vegetables, dashi and ginger and how to turn them into creative sushi.
The programme included classic hoso maki, trendy ura maki, hearty futomaki and a selection of imaginative vegan nigiri. The sushi experience was rounded off with a flavoursome vegan miso soup. In addition to detailed recipes, there were lots of insider tips and tricks – from selecting and sourcing the best products to techniques for perfectly shaped sushi rolls – so that participants can also enjoy preparing sushi at home.
This course has once again shown how versatile and delicious vegan cuisine can be. It was inspiring to see how quickly the participants incorporated their own ideas into their creations and how enthusiastically they got down to business.
An experience that was not only enriching from a culinary point of view, but also from an interpersonal point of view – and a wonderful memory that will certainly have a lasting effect!
